Original job description

As a Senior Technical Enablement Manager, you will design and scale enablement programs that elevate technical capability across our solutions consultants, sales, and post-sales teams. You'll build on-ramp and continuous learning experiences, create technical playbooks and certifications, and partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to ensure field teams can confidently position, design, and deliver Achievers solutions to both mid-market and enterprise customers. This role is critical to field productivity, ramp velocity, and our ability to win in a competitive market.

\nHow you'll support Enablement at Achievers:

Strengthen onboarding and ramp programs - partner with GTM and Field Productivity leadership to weave technical enablement into our existing onboarding framework; develop role-specific training tracks, hands-on labs, and competency assessments that accelerate technical capability; measure ramp velocity and time-to-productivity
Drive field readiness through strategic programs - develop and maintain technical playbooks, solution architecture guides, and certifications that improve how teams position, design, and deliver Achievers and Workday-integrated solutions
Partner cross-functionally on field impact - collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Sales leadership to translate feature launches, competitive moves, and go-to-market themes into field-ready content and training
Establish enablement cadence and moments - own technical kickoffs, solution summits, QBRs, and ad-hoc field sessions that reinforce skills, surface emerging needs, and celebrate wins
Support and enhance enablement infrastructure - collaborate with Solutions Consulting and technical teams to ensure demo environments, solution libraries, video content, and AI-powered resources are aligned with field needs and training curricula; curate and organize content for discovery and reuse; track usage and impact metrics
Lead product launch and GTM readiness - ensure technical field teams are equipped and confident ahead of major releases, new capabilities, and strategic initiatives; drive beta programs and feedback loops
Identify and amplify expertise - surface top performers and technical leaders as internal coaches; create peer-learning and mentorship programs that scale capability across the organization
Evolve programs with AI as leverage - explore and implement AI-powered solutions (chatbots, content generation, adaptive learning) to expand enablement reach without linear headcount growth

Experience we feel will set you up for success:

5+ years of experience in technical enablement, Solutions Engineering, technical account management, or equivalent customer-facing technical roles
Demonstrated ability to design and launch training programs, certifications, or onboarding curricula at scale
Experience working directly with technical field teams and understanding their day-to-day challenges and skill gaps
Strong program management and project execution skills with proven ability to own outcomes independently
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable influencing peers and leadership across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Sales
Clear communication and ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, role-appropriate learning experiences
Comfort with data and metrics; ability to measure program effectiveness and iterate based on feedback
Bachelor's degree required
