Responsibilities

Client Leadership
•    Serve as a senior day-to-day client lead and trusted advisor across assigned accounts.
•    Build strong, credible relationships with clients and understand their business, brand, marketing objectives, and challenges.
•    Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, program reviews, and key milestone discussions.
•    Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and solutions and bring forward recommendations.
•    Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the lifecycle of a program.
•    Represent the agency with confidence and professionalism across all client interactions.

Experiential Program Leadership
•    Lead end-to-end experiential programs, from initial brief and strategic development through execution, measurement, and wrap-up.
•    Translate client objectives into clear program strategies, scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
•    Partner with Strategy, Creative, Production, Operations, and other agency disciplines to bring ideas to life.
•    Provide senior oversight across multiple workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned against objectives, timelines, and budgets.
•    Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep programs on track.
•    Ensure experiential programs are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, brand alignment, and consumer experience.

Financial Management
•    Own program budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, resource planning, estimates, approvals, and reconciliations.
•    Ensure programs are appropriately budgeted from the outset and proactively identify financial risks.
•    Partner with Project Management and Finance to monitor program spend and profitability.
•    Ensure scope changes and incremental work are appropriately documented, approved, and reflected in budgets.
•    Balance client needs with agency profitability and commercial objectives.

Team Leadership
•    Lead and mentor Account Managers, Coordinators, and other team members across assigned programs.
•    Provide clear direction, coaching, feedback, and support to help team members develop and perform at their best.
•    Delegate effectively and create accountability across the team.
•    Foster a collaborative environment across agency disciplines and external partners.
•    Serve as a senior escalation point for complex client, team, or program challenges.

Business Growth
•    Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities.
•    Develop a strong understanding of the client's broader business and proactively bring forward relevant agency capabilities and ideas.
•    Support pitches, RFPs, presentations, and strategic growth initiatives.
•    Help strengthen client relationships beyond individual programs and establish the agency as a strategic partner.

Operational Excellence
•    Establish and maintain clear project plans, timelines, scopes, and responsibilities.
•    Ensure appropriate processes, documentation, approvals, and communication are in place.
•    Partner with Production and Operations to ensure programs are executable, scalable, and commercially sound.
•    Conduct post-program reviews and apply learnings to continuously improve future programs.
•    Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and complex workstreams.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For
•    6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, advertising, marketing, events, or a related agency environment.
•    Proven experience leading complex experiential programs from brief through execution.
•    Strong client relationship management and presentation skills.
•    Demonstrated experience managing budgets, scopes, timelines, and agency resources.
•    Experience leading and mentoring junior and mid-level team members.
•    Strong understanding of experiential marketing and the broader integrated marketing ecosystem.
•    Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
•    A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and challenges.
•    Comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level.
