About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a strategic finance business partner to HR, FP&A, Accounting, Office Heads, and, where needed, the broader Group. Reporting to the VP of Compensation and working closely with the Compensation team, this role will play a critical part in advancing financial analysis and reporting at the regional, segment, and global levels.

This position encompasses core finance responsibilities, including monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while also contributing to the implementation of a global compensation strategy and supporting the development of a best-in-class reporting function. A key focus will be the integration of a new FP&A platform to enhance reporting capabilities across Acrisure Re.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly global financial reports with insights for HR, senior executives, Accounting, and FP&A
Prepare materials for quarterly board meetings
Support stock/share management and assist with annual filings to regulatory bodies
Manage compensation cost forecasting, including analysis of headcount trends and movements
Build and maintain financial models to support key decisions (e.g., recruiting, budget planning)
Lead the annual compensation budgeting process
Prepare and review journal entries for compensation-related accruals and expenses
Review and approve budget allocations for new hires
Partner with HR on analysis and reporting for strategic initiatives
Ensure data integrity and consistency in brand- and customer-level reporting systems
Develop user-friendly KPI dashboards and projection tools to support decision-making
Contribute to the monthly rolling forecast process, including variance analysis and system updates
Assist in maintaining Power BI dashboards and tools
Support global payroll approval workflows
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather information for ad hoc compensation-related analysis
Develop easy-to-use KPI monitoring and projection tools and dashboards to support the decision-making process.
Support the monthly “rolling forecast” process (master data from our forecasting system, variance analysis, etc.).
Support Payroll approvals for Global offices.

Skills, Experience, and Education:

4+ years of relevant experience. Financial analysis (full cycle) or compensation experience required; Accounting experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
CFA or CPA designation preferred
Advanced Excel proficiency
Power BI experience a plus
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
Proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex information clearly
Team-oriented, professional, and adaptable
Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to drive continuous improvement.
