Job Title: Building Project Manager

Job Description

Plan projects with clients, professionals, and contractors to improve the company's internal operations as a project leader. Monitor project activities: budgets, inspections, schedules, meetings, and communications. Adhere to budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

Review and assist in preparing qualification documents (CC, commissioning, URS, IQ, OQ, PQ).
Define requirements and prepare feasibility studies for major projects.
Update AutoCAD drawings and maintain an up-to-date drawing database.
Collaborate with various departmentsproduction, validation, quality assurance, compliance, documentation, and training.
Track CAPAs and implement the necessary corrective actions arising from them.
Execute and supervise tests required by qualification protocols and participate in resolving deviations and non-conformities identified during execution.
Support the drafting and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Participate in audits and follow up on requested corrective actions related to the Engineering/Validation department.

Responsabilités

Revoir et aider à la préparation des documents de qualification (CC, mise en service, URS, IQ, OQ, PQ).
Définir les exigences et préparer des études de faisabilité pour les projets majeurs.
Mettre à jour les dessins AutoCAD et maintenir une base de données de dessins à jour.
Collaborer avec divers départements production, validation, assurance qualité, conformité, documentation et formation.
Suivre les CAPA et mettre en uvre les actions correctives nécessaires qui en découlent.
Exécuter et superviser les tests requis par les protocoles de qualification et participer à la résolution des déviations et non-conformités identifiées lors de l'exécution.
Soutenir la rédaction et la révision des procédures opératoires standard (SOP).
Participer aux audits et suivre les actions correctives demandées liées au département d'ingénierie/validation.
