Conduct reliability demonstration testing to validate that products meet defined reliability targets and requirements.
Apply Arrhenius, Eyring, Coffin-Manson, and other acceleration models to predict life and understand failure mechanisms under varying stress conditions.
Design and execute fault injection and automated regression testing to evaluate robustness and software reliability.
Analyze and leverage CAPA and field reliability data to drive continuous improvement in product reliability and corrective actions.
Contribute to cloud and software reliability activities, ensuring reliable performance of connected and software-enabled features.
Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Service teams to improve product reliability activities through design verification, design transfer, and sustaining engineering.
Support design verification and design transfer processes to ensure reliability requirements are embedded and maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
Communicate reliability findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and help guide design and process improvements.

Essential Skills
