Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering design for mining and industrial projects.

Perform And Review

Power system studies

Load flow studies

Short-circuit analysis

Arc flash studies

Protection and coordination studies

Support medium- and high-voltage power distribution systems.

Manage project deliverables, schedules, and client communication.

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Support proposal development and business growth initiatives.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.

Act as a trusted advisor to mining and industrial clients.

Must Haves

Additional Skills & Qualifications

10-15+ years of Electrical Engineering experience

Industrial project experience: Mining (ideal)

Experience with power systems engineering and electrical studies

Familiarity with MV/HV electrical systems

Client-facing and project management experience

Consulting Engineering Experience Strongly Preferred

Ability to operate as a "seller-doer" (technical delivery + business development)

Location in GTA or Sudbury (or willing to relocate)

Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the continued growth of its Mining & Industrial practice across Ontario. This individual will serve as both a technical leader and client-facing consultant, helping deliver complex industrial and mining projects while supporting the expansion of the electrical group.
