Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate business goals into technical requirements and ensure solutions are technically sound and scalable.
Drive alignment among stakeholders across multiple departments and organizations, resolving dependencies and removing obstacles to keep programs on track.
Continuously improve program management processes and communication frameworks to support a growing team of Technical Program Managers and evolving business demands.
Support and mentor other Technical Program Managers within the broader TPM organization to promote best practices and consistent execution across programs.
