- Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries, converting opportunities into confirmed training bookings.
- Proactively engage existing customers to understand their training needs, identify upcoming certification renewals, and secure repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing customers through additional training programs and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities within our business systems.
- Support RFP responses and larger customer opportunities as required.
Training Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate training courses from initial booking through successful delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and instructors.
- Gather customer requirements, confirm course details, coordinate instructor availability, and arrange training logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our instructor network to ensure reliable, high-quality course delivery.
- Manage course registrations, participant communications, pre-course preparation, and post-course follow-up.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, instructor changes, and other unexpected operational challenges.
- Ensure training documentation, customer information, and billing details are accurate and complete.
Customer Experience & Responsiveness
- Deliver exceptional customer service through timely, professional, and proactive communication.
- Take ownership of customer requests and challenges, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Follow up with customers after training to gather feedback, answer questions, and identify future opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure customer commitments are consistently met.
- Demonstrate flexibility when urgent customer or instructor needs arise, including occasional after-hours calls or emails when necessary.
- Collaborate with the broader team to ensure incoming customer inquiries are addressed promptly and customers receive a consistently positive experience.
Qualifications
