  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to drawings and specifications
  • Monitor construction quality and maintain organized project documentation
  • Lead job site safety efforts and ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards
  • Conduct site meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and communicate project updates to management
  • Assist with permits, submittals, RFIs, punch lists, and project close-out documentation
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Project Superintendent Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or field management role in industrial construction
  • Must have a press pit construction experience
  • Experience working for a General Contractor on projects larger than 50,000 sq ft preferred
  • Strong understanding of industrial construction practices, plans, and specifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain construction schedules
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively and relocate depending on project location
  • Valid driver’s license required

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading field operations in fast-paced industrial construction environments while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
