Client Service Dispatcher

Adaptive Office Solutions - Miramichi, NB | Full-Time, In-Office

Adaptive Office Solutions is a growing managed IT and cybersecurity company based in Miramichi, New Brunswick.

We’re looking for an organized, people-focused Client Service Dispatcher to help keep our service team running smoothly and make sure our clients are taken care of.

You’ll often be the first person a client speaks with when they need help. Your role is to make sure their request is properly captured, prioritized, assigned, followed up on, and communicated throughout the process.

You don’t need to solve the technical problem. Your job is to make sure the problem gets solved.

No IT background is required. If you’re a strong communicator, highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy environment, we’ll train you on our systems and processes.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming client calls and monitor new support requests.
Create clear and accurate service tickets.
Gather the information our technicians need to assist the client.
Prioritize requests using established guidelines.
Assign and route tickets to the appropriate technician.
Monitor the service board throughout the day.
Make sure urgent issues are recognized and addressed quickly.
Watch response-time targets and flag anything falling behind.
Schedule technician appointments and on-site visits.
Keep clients informed with clear and timely updates.
Follow up on open tickets and outstanding items.
Make sure technicians know what needs attention next.
Keep the service board organized, accurate, and up to date.
Help ensure nothing gets forgotten, overlooked, or left sitting without follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

Dependable and consistent.
Ready to work full-time from our Miramichi office.

Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, scheduling, office coordination, hospitality, call centres, or another fast-paced service environment is an asset, but not required.

No IT experience is required.

We’ll teach you the technology terminology and systems you need to know.
