Overview

Adastra is seeking a highly organized and proactive Partner Operations Manager to support the growth and success of our AWS alliance. Reporting to the VP, AWS Partner Alliance, this role will serve as the operational backbone of our partnership strategy, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Leadership, and AWS stakeholders.

The successful candidate will manage go-to-market initiatives, support co-sell motions, administer AWS Partner Central activities, track key performance metrics, and coordinate strategic programs that drive measurable business outcomes. This position is ideal for an operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple workstreams, and enjoys bringing structure and accountability to cross-functional initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Go-to-Market Alignment & Execution

Serve as the operational liaison between AWS Alliance leadership and Marketing teams to track project prioritization.
Ensure AWS-focused sales and marketing assets remain current, on-brand, and accessible across sales channels.
Track go-to-market initiatives, monitor progress, and proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers.
Support campaign execution and alignment with alliance objectives, staying apprised of the latest AWS program additions & changes.

Co-Sell Coordination

Support the planning and execution of co-sell initiatives with AWS sales and partner teams.
Coordinate meetings, business reviews, and working sessions with AWS stakeholders.
Prepare opportunity summaries, pipeline updates, and co-sell reporting materials.
Maintain visibility into shared opportunities and ensure alignment between Adastra and AWS teams.

AWS Partner Central Administration

Manage and maintain Adastra's AWS Partner Central presence.
Support opportunity registration processes and ensure accurate data submission.
Track partner performance metrics, funding utilization, and MDF claims
Monitor compliance requirements, training & certification tracking, partner program milestones, and health of the business performance.
Maintain documentation and partnership records taking a proactive approach to partner scorecard management.

Program Operations & Project Coordination

Oversee day-to-day operations of strategic AWS partnership initiatives.
Manage timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and initiative tracking.
Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with established business goals.
Develop and maintain operational processes that improve efficiency and accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a central coordination point across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
Organize recurring meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
Maintain project trackers, calendars, action items, and status updates.
Drive follow-through and accountability on strategic initiatives.

Data, Reporting & Insights

Monitor partner performance metrics, funding programs, co-sell activity, and pipeline health.
Compile monthly and quarterly performance updates for leadership.
Analyze trends and provide operational insights to support alliance decision-making.
Create dashboards, reports, and status summaries to support executive reviews.

Relationship & Vendor Support

Support ongoing engagement with AWS partner stakeholders and internal business leaders.
Coordinate training sessions, events, executive briefings, and quarterly business reviews.
Help ensure a positive and productive partnership experience for all stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in partner operations, alliance management, channel operations, sales operations, project coordination, or a related field.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience working with AWS partner programs and AWS Partner Central.

Knowledge of AWS co-sell motions, partner funding programs, and alliance management practices.

Experience supporting cloud, technology, consulting, or professional services organizations.

Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce.
