We are seeking an experienced SAP MM / EWM Support Analyst with Coupa Procurement experience for a contract opportunity. The successful candidate will support SAP supply chain and procurement operations, including system stabilization, incident resolution, ongoing operational support, and the delivery of system enhancements following a recent SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM / EWM Support Analyst with Coupa Procurement experience for a contract opportunity. The successful candidate will support SAP supply chain and procurement operations, including system stabilization, incident resolution, ongoing operational support, and the delivery of system enhancements following a recent SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite preferred, with remote flexibility
- Location: Calgary, AB or Vancouver, BC, with occasional onsite travel as required
- Provide functional support for SAP Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Support Coupa Procurement processes and related system functionality.
- Assist with post-implementation stabilization and ongoing operational support.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and deliver system enhancements.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Support the continued optimization of procurement, materials management, and warehouse operations.
- Strong functional experience with SAP Materials Management (MM).
- Experience supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement.
- Experience providing SAP application support, incident resolution, and system enhancements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support both stabilization activities and ongoing system improvements following an implementation.

Provide functional and operational support for SAP MM, SAP EWM, and Coupa Procurement, including post-implementation stabilization and incident resolution. Requirements
Candidates need strong functional experience with SAP MM, experience supporting SAP EWM, and hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement. They should also have experience with SAP application support, incident resolution, and enhancements, along with strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
