Our client is looking for a Technology Delivery Lead (Service Now) for a contract role :

  • Start date: November 2026
  • End date: April 30, 2027 (6 months contract)
  • Location & work model: Montreal, QC - Hybrid preferred
  • Language: French required (Bilingual)

Context

  • The client is seeking a seasoned Technology Delivery Lead who can drive a complex ServiceNow program end-to-end, manage distributed teams including offshore in India, challenge delivery at a technical level, and navigate a complex banking environment.
  • This opportunity supports a retail banking transformation across operations, branches, contact centre, and support teams leveraging ServiceNow FSO.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
