Adecco is recruiting an experienced Area Manager on behalf of a growing self-storage organization with multiple facilities across the Greater Toronto Area.
This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership position responsible for overseeing four locations in Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan and Markham. The successful candidate will spend their time working across the assigned facilities, supporting site employees, maintaining strong operational standards and addressing issues as they arise.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the daily operations of four self-storage facilities across the GTA
- Travel regularly between locations to provide hands-on leadership and operational support
- Coach, train and support site employees to strengthen performance and service delivery
- Ensure all facilities operate according to company policies, procedures and service standards
- Monitor site performance and respond promptly to operational concerns
- Coordinate with vendors and attend meetings at different facilities as required
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer on business priorities and operational improvements
- Support the implementation of new processes and ensure consistency across all assigned sites
- Use SiteLink or similar software to monitor site activity and support operational decisions
- Build strong working relationships with employees, vendors and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in area management, multi-site operations or a similar leadership position
- Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching and developing employees
- Strong operational judgment and the ability to resolve issues independently
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- A proactive and hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the GTA
- Valid driver’s licence
- Experience in self-storage, property management, retail operations or another multi-location environment is preferred
- Experience with SiteLink or similar property-management or point-of-sale software is an asset
