Adecco is currently recruiting an HR Systems Analyst for an exciting opportunity with a leading organization.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS Administration, or HR Analytics who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy combining technical expertise with exceptional client service.
As an HR Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting HR operations, maintaining data integrity, optimizing HR systems, and ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
- Pay Rate: $55- $83/ hr (based on level of experience)
- Location: Calgary, AB
- Shift: Monday – Friday | 8 hrs/day | 5 days on site
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 12-month contract
Responsibilities:
HR Systems Administration & Support
- Administer and support HR systems including Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and related HR technologies
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HR and IT teams to identify and implement solutions
- Configure, maintain, and enhance HR system functionality to support evolving business requirements
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, patches, and implementation of new features
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support and administer HR processes, including:
- Onboarding, Position management, Employee transfers and promotions, Leave administration and Employee terminations.
- Draft, review, and process employment offers while partnering with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure accuracy
- Respond to employee and leader inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and system-related matters
Data Management & Compliance
- Maintain HR data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security
- Conduct regular audits, data validation, and data cleanup activities
- Ensure compliance with privacy legislation, internal controls, and data governance standards
- Proactively identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze HR data and trends to support business decisions and operational improvements
- Generate HR reports and assist with workforce analytics initiatives
- Support annual HR programs including:
- Compensation cycles
- Student and new graduate programs
- Employee lifecycle initiatives
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiencies
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain HR knowledge articles and process documentation within ServiceNow
- Create training materials and user guides for HR teams and leaders
- Deliver system training and support to internal stakeholders
Project Support
- Lead and participate in HR technology and process improvement projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
- Support implementation of new systems, workflows, and operational enhancements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in roles such as: HRIS Administration, HR Systems Support, HR Operations, HR Shared Services and HR Analytics
- Strong experience with HR systems such as: Workday, SAP, ServiceNow Other HRIS platforms
- Advanced understanding of HR data management and data governance
- Experience performing system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
