  • Review awarded contracts and supporting documentation to understand scope, commercial and legal requirements, deliverables, reporting obligations, cost controls, schedules, and change management processes.
  • Establish and maintain contract files, change logs, contact lists, trackers, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding activities and contract kick-off meetings with project stakeholders.

  • Manage requests for information, contract amendments, change orders, and other contractual modifications, ensuring proper review, approval, execution, and record keeping.
  • Track contract values, commitments, forecasts, purchase orders, expenditures, and other cost-related information while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address commercial, contractual, cost, schedule, and performance-related issues.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and concerns to appropriate stakeholders when required.
  • Coordinate contract close-out activities, including final documentation, supplier evaluations, completion requirements, and file closure.
  • Support or execute sourcing activities as required, including bid package preparation, competitive bid events, bidder communications, evaluations, negotiations, award recommendations, approvals, and contract awards.
  • Maintain accurate sourcing and contracting records within applicable systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts, procurement, supply chain, or project support roles, including post-award contract administration.
  • Experience supporting sourcing events, bid evaluations, contract amendments, supplier performance management, and contract close-out activities.
  • Working knowledge of contract administration, sourcing processes, commercial practices, and contract terms and conditions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, contract management systems, document management systems, or electronic signature platforms is considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting capital projects, construction projects, or field operations is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, identify risks, exercise sound judgment, and resolve issues effectively.
