Identify and document cross-team dependencies to anticipate risks and optimise collaboration.
Oversee the coordination of all projects within your client group, from initiation to closure.
Monitor and validate critical stages (e.g. media plan approval, receipt of assets, production and final delivery) and verify deliverables at key points.
Serve as the point of contact and liaison between all internal and external stakeholders and ensure communication and transparency regarding project progress.
Quickly identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies and obstacles, and proactively escalate issues and propose solutions.
Audit existing processes to identify redundancies and propose improvements.
Liaise with global and Canada-wide operations teams.
Oversee the management of operational changes and support their implementation.
Manage the risk register: identification, monitoring and mitigation.
Serve as the “champion” of project management within your client team (promoting best practices, harmonising methods and supporting the team’s skill development).
Collaborate with other Project Leads to share learnings, standardise tools and methods, create a community of practice, and define common standards.
Mentor, support and manage the Operations & Project Management team within your client group.
Contribute to the training, development and performance evaluation of your team.

WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:

A genuine aptitude for analysis and optimisation.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Leadership and proactivity.
A talent for problem solving.
A well-developed analytical mind.
A strong preference for collaboration.
Fluency in both spoken and written French and English (English is a basic requirement because our global network interacts daily with clients on a national and international scale.).
