YOUR MANDATE

You will serve as the senior activation expert in Search. You will ensure the highest quality of work, contribute to best-practice initiatives, and deepen the team’s collective expertise. You will be the guardian of operational excellence and a catalyst for your team members’ growth.

ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, YOU WILL:

Serve as a resource person within the team and mentor junior members.
Collaborate with digital growth experts to develop media recommendations specific to your activation channel.
Launch and market campaigns on platforms and with partners related to your discipline.
Identify and propose optimisation opportunities based on predetermined platform performance metrics.
Contribute to campaign reports by providing a list of optimisations performed and any context relevant to interpreting the results.
Help adjust audiences at the time of launch.
Master data sources from various partners and platforms for creating targeting.
Prepare routing sheets and submit materials for tag creation on the ad server.
Manage campaign closing: update digital calendars, update financial platforms, and follow up with dedicated teams.
Stay up to date on all new features, betas, or changes related to buying platforms, optimisation options, buying methods, and targeting data points.
Collaborate on various projects related to your discipline to enhance the quality and depth of expertise.
Share innovations and best practices with the team.

WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
Comfort working with numbers and technological tools
Fluency in both spoken and written French and English (English is a basic requirement because our global network interacts daily with clients on a national and international scale.).

TON MANDAT

Tu seras l'expert senior d'activation en Search. Tu assureras la qualité supérieure du travail, tu collaboreras à des projets de bonnes pratiques et tu approfondiras l'expertise collective. Tu seras le garant de l'excellence opérationnelle et le levier de croissance de tes collaborateurs.

AU QUOTIDIEN, TU :

Agiras comme personne-ressource au sein de l’équipe et accompagneras les membres juniors ;
Collaboreras avec les experts de croissance numérique à la recommandation média propre à ton canal d’activation ;
Effectueras la mise en ligne et la mise en marché des campagnes dans les plateformes et avec les partenaires en lien avec ta discipline ;
Identifieras et proposeras des opportunités d’optimisation selon les indicateurs de performance de plateforme prédéterminés ;
Contribueras aux rapports de campagne en communiquant la liste des optimisations effectuées ainsi que tout contexte pertinent à l'interprétation des résultats ;
Contribueras à ajuster les audiences au moment de la mise en ligne ;
Maîtriseras les sources de données des différents partenaires et plateformes pour la création des ciblages ;
Prépareras les feuilles de routage et transmettras le matériel pour la création des tags sur le serveur publicitaire ;
Géreras la clôture des campagnes : actualisation des calendriers numériques, mise à jour des plateformes financières et suivi avec les équipes dédiées ;
Collaboreras à différents projets en lien avec ta discipline permettant d’accroître la qualité et la profondeur de l’expertise.
Te tiendras à jour de toute nouveauté, bêta ou changements liés aux plateformes d’achat, aux options d’optimisation, aux méthodes d’achats et aux points de données pour le ciblage ;
Partageras les innovations et bonnes pratiques avec l’équipe.

ON VEUT TE CONNAITRE SI TU AS :

3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire ;
Un diplôme post-secondaire pertinent (média numérique, marketing, administration, etc.) ;
Un intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies ;
Une grande rigueur et une capacité d’apprentissage rapide ;
Une aisance avec les chiffres et les outils technologiques ;
De l’expérience avec les plateformes d’activation numérique (DSP, Business Managers, Campaign Managers, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) ;
Une expérience avec les bases de données (Radius, Lens, etc.) et les logiciels administratifs (MediaOcean, DDS), un atout ;
Un bilinguisme français-anglais fluide à l’oral et à l’écrit (L’anglais est un prérequis de base parce que notre réseau mondial transige quotidiennement avec une clientèle d’envergure nationale et internationale.).
