Job Description:

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, client-focused FP&A Manager to serve as the go-to finance lead for our Commerce leadership team. Partnering across a number of client pods, you will own forecasting and reporting for your portfolio, delivering clear P&L insights that help leaders understand performance and make confident, data-led decisions. You will also play a key role in month-end close and work closely with our FinOps team to ensure accurate, timely client billing. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong analytical skills with the commercial judgment and relationship skills to act as a trusted advisor to both Finance and Commerce leaders.

What You Will Do

  • Client Finance Partnership with Commerce Leadership Serve as the primary finance partner to Commerce leaders across multiple pods, supporting strategic and operational decision-making. Build strong relationships with pod leads and stakeholders, understanding their clients, commercial drivers, and challenges. Proactively provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue performance, client profitability, and resource efficiency.
  • Forecasting Own the revenue and headcount forecast for your pods, building robust, driver-based forecasts that reflect client activity, pipeline, and staffing plans. Partner with Commerce, Sales, Delivery, and Talent teams to keep forecasts current and aligned with company objectives. Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models that provide forward-looking views of revenue, margin, and client profitability.
  • Reporting & Insights Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting for your pods, delivering clear variance analysis and actionable commentary. Translate financial results into practical takeaways for non-finance stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and trends. Support the annual budgeting and planning process for your portfolio, helping leaders set realistic targets and resource plans.
  • Month-End Close & Billing Support Support month-end close activities for your pods, including reviewing revenue, accruals, and cost allocations to ensure accuracy. Partner with the FinOps team on client billing, helping ensure invoices reflect contract terms, scope changes, and actual activity. Identify and help resolve billing discrepancies or process gaps, working with Commerce leaders and FinOps to strengthen controls.
