Job Function:

Media

Job Subfunction:

Media Planning and Buying

Job Description:

We are an experience design agency with a relentless focus on the customer.

The way a customer experiences a brand has a profound impact on perception, purchase behavior and loyalty. That’s why our work begins and ends with our clients’ customers. We listen to them. Validate with them. We even include them in our design process. By creating customer experiences that are simple, valuable, entertaining, and convenient, we deliver measurable results for some of the world’s most admired brands.

Today we’re 950 people in 11 offices on 4 continents.

We love diverse points of view, open minds, and people who are passionate, driven, and real. And we love all things digital, too.

The Role:

You’ll support the planning, activation, measurement, and reporting of performance media programs. You’ll build strong technical and analytical fundamentals while contributing reliable execution and useful insights to the team.

What You’ll Do:

Support media plans, campaign briefs, audience definitions, budgets, and KPI documentation.

Build and QA campaigns, creative tags, tracking parameters, audiences, and conversion setups.

Monitor delivery, pacing, budgets, and basic performance indicators.

Pull, reconcile, organize, and visualize performance data for reporting.

Conduct basic analysis and help identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.

Maintain naming conventions, documentation, trafficking logs, invoices, and operational records.

Participate in team and client workflows while building platform and measurement knowledge.

Who You Are:

Have relevant experience through work, internships, coursework, training, or projects in marketing, advertising, analytics, or a related area.

Understand the basics of paid media, customer journeys, and performance KPIs.

Are comfortable using spreadsheets and working with quantitative information.

Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to QA and data accuracy.

Communicate clearly and work collaboratively.

Are organized, curious, dependable, and willing to ask effective questions.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.

Omnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent. We agree that talent is uniquely distributed, and we’re focused on developing inclusive teams that can bring the best solutions to everything we do. We strongly believe that celebrating what makes us different makes us better together. Join us - we look forward to getting to know you. We will process your personal data in accordance with our Recruitment Privacy Notice.
