POSITION SUMMARY

Reports to: Senior Director, Growth

Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It requires focus, collaboration, attention to detail and the ability to turn plans into action.

Omnicom Media Canada is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth to help bring our most important growth initiatives to life through exceptional project management, coordination and execution.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Growth, this role will work across all Omnicom Media Canada agencies and capabilities, helping to plan, organize and deliver strategic business initiatives that support client relationships, retention and growth.

This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, managing multiple moving parts and ensuring every detail is considered and every commitment is delivered.

You will be responsible for translating priorities into actionable project plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, anticipating challenges and keeping initiatives moving forward.

And importantly, you will help create connectivity across our agencies - bringing together the right people, information and resources to ensure our growth initiatives are executed seamlessly, consistently and to the highest standard.

WHAT YOU’LL DRIVE

Strategic Business Initiatives
Support the execution of priority client growth and retention initiatives, coordinating activities, stakeholders and deliverables to ensure programs are delivered effectively and on schedule.

Project Management & Execution
Own the end-to-end project management of assigned growth initiatives, developing comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, tracking milestones and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately, on time and to the highest standard.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Work across Omnicom Media Canada agencies and capabilities, coordinating with New Business, Client Success, Commercial, Brand Marketing and agency leadership to ensure teams are aligned, responsibilities are clear and initiatives progress seamlessly.

Planning & Organization
Bring structure and discipline to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Establish clear workback schedules, organize meetings, maintain project documentation, track action items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Stakeholder Management & Communication
Serve as a central point of coordination for assigned initiatives, proactively communicating project updates, managing expectations, following up on commitments and ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to deliver.

Quality Control & Attention to Detail
Maintain exceptional standards of accuracy, consistency and quality across all project deliverables. Anticipate issues, identify gaps and proactively resolve challenges before they affect timelines or outcomes.

Continuous Improvement
Identify practical opportunities to improve how projects are planned, coordinated and delivered, introducing tools, templates and ways of working that make execution more efficient and effective.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re an exceptional project manager who knows how to make things happen.

You thrive on organization, structure and execution. You can take a complex initiative with multiple stakeholders, moving parts and competing deadlines and turn it into a clear, coordinated plan that gets delivered.

You have an exceptional eye for detail, a strong sense of ownership and a natural ability to anticipate what needs to happen next. You’re the person who keeps everyone organized, ensures commitments are met and catches the small things before they become bigger issues.

You are proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented. You know how to follow up, hold people accountable and keep projects moving while building positive, collaborative relationships across teams.

You take pride in the quality of your work and understand that successful execution requires both big-picture awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

You’ll bring:

6+ years of relevant experience in project management, account management, business development coordination, marketing or related roles, ideally within media, advertising, consulting or another fast-paced professional-services environment.

Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution and delivery.

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong project management capabilities, including developing project plans, workback schedules, tracking deliverables and managing dependencies.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions and keep initiatives on track.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and professionalism to coordinate across teams, follow up on commitments and maintain accountability.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise project updates and facilitate productive working sessions.

Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office and collaborative working platforms.

A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to accuracy, quality and meeting deadlines.

Adaptability, sound judgment and the ability to remain calm, organized and effective in a fast-moving environment.

Most importantly, you will bring the discipline, attention to detail and relentless commitment to execution required to turn our growth priorities into action - ensuring our most important initiatives are delivered with precision, consistency and impact.
