WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Marketing Science / Growth Analytics practice and play a critical role in shaping how data informs media strategy, investment decisions, and business growth for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is both analytically rigorous and strategically minded and who can effectively bridge data, media, and business objectives. You are passionate about turning complex data into actionable recommendations, building strong client relationships, and leading teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions.
As a Supervisor, you will lead key analytical initiatives across multiple clients, oversee measurement and reporting strategies, guide and develop team members, and serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and clients. You will contribute to the evolution of our analytics capabilities while ensuring excellence in delivery, strategic thinking, and client service.
Main responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as a key analytics partner to clients and internal teams.· Lead client-facing presentations, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Translate complex data into clear business recommendations and actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, measurement, and business outcomes.
Measurement, Analytics & Reporting
- Lead the development of measurement frameworks, reporting strategies, and campaign analyses.
- Oversee dashboard development, automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Ensure data quality, analytical rigor, and consistency across deliverables.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Media teams to support data integration and reporting solutions.
Data Enablement & Martech
- Guide measurement, tracking, and tagging strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support the design and implementation of scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, analytics tools, and measurement best practices.
Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.
- Review and oversee team deliverables to ensure quality and strategic value.
- Support resource planning, workload management, and project prioritization.
Practice Development
- Contribute to the evolution of analytics methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and ways of working.
- Support new business opportunities and thought leadership initiatives.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE
Experience & Education
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, measurement, marketing science, or a related field.
- Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or managing team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong experience with campaign measurement, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CM360, or similar.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Datorama.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Communication & Leadership
- Strong understanding of media measurement, KPIs, and marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

$70,000 - $90,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
