Conduct and contribute to code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, security, performance, and maintainability requirements.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
Design and execute unit, integration, and system testing to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate with system architects, QA analysts, project managers, and other technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, user guides, administrator guides, and release notes.
Participate in technical, design, and management reviews to monitor progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Analyze software system deficiencies and recommend scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions.
Support the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of software systems.
Work with version control systems and CI/CD processes to support efficient, reliable, and repeatable software development and deployment.
Ensure compliance with applicable security, privacy, regulatory, and software development requirements.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tools, standards, and system capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to other members of the development team as required.
