🕒 Position: Full-Time | Mostly office-based (80%) with occasional travel across Canada

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll become a trusted technical resource for our customers, helping them select, deploy, and support professional AV solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing technical guidance and sales support to dealers and system integrators.
• Responding to customer inquiries by phone, Teams, Zoom, and email.
• Preparing quotations, product recommendations, and complete AV solutions.
• Conducting product demonstrations and customer training.
• Building long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and monthly or bi-monthly customer visits.
• Supporting new product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Representing ADI Pro at trade shows and industry events.
• Staying current on the latest AV, broadcast, and streaming technologies.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required (to visit customers).
