Position: Customer Service Representative

Location Mississauga, Ontario

Position Type Commercial

Salary Full-Time, Non-Exempt

About The Position

Mississauga Research – Commercial Division

This is a full time non-exempt position.

Duties And Responsibilities

Position includes all aspects of Customer Service
Act as liaison with mills and mill schedulers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders
Receiving, pricing and entering orders
Invoicing
Position also involves resolving customer issues, last minute changes or any other issues which arise
Timely and effective resolution of all accounts receivables is a key aspect
Supporting sales people in all aspects of customer accounts and spot pricing
Coordinates logistics with the shipping plant, trucking group or directly with the carriers
Contract entry
Scanning documents for shipments
Collection of past due invoices and investigating charge back and short payments
Researching and acquiring resolution of customer complaints
Works closely with sales staff on account management

Education Or Work Experience

The ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience in a sales environment
