La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est requise.

À titre de conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès des clients potentiels et existants, vous analyserez les besoins d’affaires, réaliserez des démonstrations de solutions percutantes et accompagnerez les organisations dans la modernisation de leurs activités de paie grâce aux technologies de pointe d’ADP.

Vos responsabilités

Collaborer avec les équipes des ventes afin de présenter les solutions de paie et de gestion des ressources humaines d’ADP à des clients potentiels.
Animer des séances d’analyse des besoins afin de comprendre les exigences liées à la paie, à la conformité et à la gestion de la main-d’œuvre.
Réaliser des démonstrations de produits adaptées aux besoins des clients.
Traduire les exigences d’affaires et de paie en solutions technologiques concrètes.
Agir à titre d’expert-conseil en paie tout au long du cycle de vente.
Assurer une veille continue des changements législatifs, des exigences réglementaires et des tendances du secteur.

Qualifications Requises

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
Certification PCP ou CCP délivrée par l’Institut national de la paie.
Au moins trois (3) années d’expérience avec les technologies de la paie, les logiciels de paie, les systèmes d’information des ressources humaines (SIRH) ou les solutions de gestion de la main-d’œuvre.
Excellente connaissance de la législation canadienne en matière de paie et des exigences de conformité.
Expérience en présentations auprès de clients, démonstrations de produits ou accompagnement-conseil.
Excellentes habiletés en communication, en présentation et en collaboration avec divers intervenants.

Qualifications Souhaitées

Expérience en prévente, consultation de solutions, consultation en paie ou implantation de solutions.
Expérience avec les solutions d’ADP ou d’autres plateformes de paie et de gestion des ressources humaines.
Expérience auprès d’entreprises de taille intermédiaire ou de grandes organisations.
