ADP is seeking a motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to support the retention, growth, and overall success of a portfolio of Core HRO clients. The role is ideal for an early-career professional who is developing their relationship management capabilities and is eager to build strong client and internal partnerships while delivering positive client outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in relationship management, client success, account management, or client-facing roles. Exposure to Human Resources (HR) or Human Capital Management (HCM) is considered an asset.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

Manage a portfolio of client relationships by providing timely, responsive support and coordination.
Serve as a trusted point of contact, building strong client relationships and supporting positive client outcomes.
Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to support client needs, resolve concerns, and drive desired outcomes.
Monitor account health, identify retention risks, and engage appropriate teams when escalation is required.
Support retention and recovery efforts for at-risk clients.
Identify potential growth opportunities and engage Sales or appropriate teams to support expansion efforts.
Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, adapting approach based on audience and situation.
Utilize tools, systems, and available resources to support client outcomes and service delivery.

Leadership and Collaboration

Build strong working relationships with internal teams, including associates and leadership where appropriate.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support client retention, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
Recognize when to seek guidance or escalate issues to leadership.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and actively support team initiatives.
Take ownership of personal development and continuously build relationship management skills.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

2+ years of experience in relationship management, client success, account management, or client-facing roles.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and coordinate across teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
Developing problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical solutions.

Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to HR, HCM, payroll, or business services is considered an asset.
