ADP Canada is seeking a high-impact Senior Sales Finance Business Partner to join our Sales Finance team. This role is ideal for a driven, high-energy finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a proven ability to influence, challenge, and support senior Sales Leaders. We're looking for a proactive self-starter who takes ownership, identifies opportunities before they become issues, and delivers data-driven recommendations that drive revenue growth and improve business performance.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leaders and Finance leadership, delivering strategic insights, challenging assumptions, and helping leaders make informed business decisions. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience supporting sales organizations through forecasting, quota planning, incentive compensation, and performance analysis.
Sales Forecasting & Planning
- Partner with Sales Leadership to deliver accurate revenue forecasts and identify pipeline risks and opportunities.
- Analyze sales productivity, attainment, conversion metrics, and key business drivers to influence decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights that improve forecast accuracy and drive growth.
Quota & Incentive Management
- Lead quota planning and support incentive compensation analysis and reporting.
- Monitor performance against targets and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
Sales Performance Reporting
- Own sales reporting, dashboards, and executive-level business reviews.
- Deliver insights on bookings, revenue, pipeline health, productivity, and attainment.
- Turn complex data into clear business recommendations.
Strategic Business Partnering
- Serve as the trusted finance partner to Sales Leadership.
- Influence decisions through data-driven insights, challenge assumptions, and identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships across Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvements in forecasting, reporting, and sales finance processes.
- Leverage automation and analytics to improve efficiency and scalability.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Sales Finance, Revenue Finance, Commercial Finance, or Strategic FP&A experience supporting sales organizations.
- Proven partnership with Sales Leaders, Directors, VPs, or CRO-level stakeholders.
- Strong experience in:
- Revenue forecasting
- Sales performance and pipeline analysis
- Productivity and attainment reporting
- Quota setting
- Incentive compensation and commission analysis
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to sales performance.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- CPA, MBA, or Finance/Accounting degree is an asset.
