As a TLM, Lead Implementation Specialist, you will lead projects within and across our businesses by combining analytical and management skills to ensure their completion - on time, within scope, and within budget.
Every day, you will partner with clients to learn and understand their business needs; analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; and guide and drive clients towards the best solution for their unique business needs.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
- Time & Attendance Implementation: Set up ADP's HCM Workforce Now (WFN) system for clients by following a structured methodology. This includes analyzing their needs, designing the system, configuring it, testing to ensure everything works, and launching it for daily use.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on time configuration, analysis, and testing.
- Training and Development: Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and Time system configurations.
- Project Support: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify and prioritize project tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against project milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary. Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential project disruptions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in payroll implementation projects.
- Mentorship: Assist in mentoring and supporting less tenured team members in their technical development.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical experience or related field.
- Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English.
- Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a mentor, be resourceful, and be a strong team player.
- Ability to organize, schedule, and facilitate effective meetings.
- Ability to multitask, probe, analyze, and problem-solve.
- Detail oriented and ability to follow-through.
- Strong organization, time management and prioritizing skills.
