Role Description

Advantage Insurance Brokers is looking for a full-time Insurance Broker to join our Balcarres, Saskatchewan office.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide professional advice, and secure appropriate coverage.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients and assessing their insurance needs and risk profiles
• Preparing quotes and explaining coverage options
• Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
• Responding to client inquiries and providing ongoing policy support
• Assisting clients with claims-related questions
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Working with insurance carriers and staying current on available products and coverage
• Contributing to the growth of the Balcarres office through referrals, networking, and excellent customer service

Qualifications

• CAIB Level 2 or Level 3 is required
• Saskatchewan insurance licensing in good standing
• Experience in personal and/or commercial insurance is an asset
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Comfortable working with insurance management systems, office software, documentation, and regulatory requirements
