Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, impact assessments, and recommendations.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support overall project delivery.
Contribute to business development activities, proposal preparation, and the growth of the practice.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developing professionals.
Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Work in accordance with AECOM's Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Management policies.
Contribute to the development of internal standards, tools and innovations

Qualifications

Experience supporting or leading projects involving rail, roadway, and public transit infrastructure.
Experience in architectural acoustics and mechanical equipment noise and vibration control.
Strong knowledge of applicable provincial, national, and international noise and vibration regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical professionals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with CAD software, including AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of consulting experience in acoustics, noise, vibration, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects and coordinating technical teams.
Strong knowledge of building vibration measurement and analysis, including dynamic excitation testing, vibration response measurements, and vibration control for sensitive equipment.
Experience with structural dynamics software, such as SAP2000.
