Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. (ATSI) employs highly trained technicians to deliver telecommunications and technology infrastructure installations across residential, retail, commercial, institutional, and hospitality environments. ATSI, a key business unit within Aecon Utilities, delivers large-scale telecommunications infrastructure programs, providing end-to-end installation, maintenance, sales, and customer-focused service solutions. Reporting to the Control Center Manager, the Dispatch Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the dispatch of telecommunications technicians.

What You'll Do Here:

Provide administrative and clerical support quickly and accurately.
Dispatch telecommunications technicians by email and/or phone for work across Canada.
Manage emails, phone calls or requests.
Learn, interpret and apply the organization's policies, rules and regulations.
Maintain and organize document files.
Assist other staff members with office tasks as required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor or manager.

What You Bring to the Team:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure with focus on deadlines, initiative and minimal supervision.
Experience in administration and distribution is an asset.
Flexible working hours, including evenings and/or weekends.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
