Reporting to the Superintendent, the Equipment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of the jobsite equipment and vehicles.

Location: Abbotsford Fleet Facility

What You'll Do Here:

Coordinate equipment rentals for project sites, including sourcing, tracking, and reconciliation.
Maintain equipment inventories and asset records.
Prepare reports on equipment utilization, variances, mileage, and other key metrics.
Manage equipment allocations, transfers, and adjustments.
Support equipment onboarding, offboarding, and annual registrations.
Partner with shop and field teams to ensure equipment availability and compliance.
Coordinate GPS/telematics installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Conduct site audits and provide guidance on equipment processes and procedures.
Support operations teams across British Columbia and other regions as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

Knowledge of construction equipment and fleet management practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience in equipment, fleet, or project administration is an asset.
Ability to learn new systems and software, including SAP.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

The expected pay range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
