Coordinate drawing reviews, document control processes, technical queries, and distribution of project information to internal and external stakeholders.
Support development and maintenance of detailed project schedules, progress measurement systems, and look-ahead planning activities.
Participate in project meetings with client, engineering, construction, and subcontractor teams, ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
Utilize SAP to support project administration, procurement tracking, material management, cost reporting, and project documentation requirements.
Utilize Navisworks and other digital construction tools to support model reviews, clash detection activities, and field planning.
Support project controls activities including change management, quantity tracking, cost forecasting, and performance analysis.

Support turnover planning, system completions, and commissioning readiness activities for assigned scopes.
Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, registers, and records in accordance with project and corporate requirements.
