Pricing and Program Support

Prepare price-change templates for distribution partners, including GFS and Sysco.
Prepare French-only program letters as required.
Support the accurate and timely communication of pricing changes, client programs, and related information.
Manage and monitor critical paths to ensure key deliverables and deadlines remain on track.

Client Manager Support

Assist Client Managers with coordinating sales meetings and refresher sessions.
Support Client Managers with updating client training documents and presentation materials.
Help ensure client information is effectively communicated to the appropriate internal teams.
Provide analytical and administrative support for client initiatives and special projects.

Trade Shows and Special Projects

Assist Client Managers with trade show coordination and related client activities.
Support the preparation of materials and information required for trade shows, sales meetings, and client events.
Participate in other projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience working with customer relationship management systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Bilingual in English and French is a definite asset.
Ability to organize, interpret, and present information clearly and accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Attributes
The successful candidate will be:

Positive, professional, and collaborative.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Comfortable working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
