  • Risk, Issue and Dependency Management: Maintain visibility of technical delivery risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies, coordinate mitigation and recovery activities, and escalate significant matters affecting IMIT scope, budget, priorities, milestones, or commitments.
  • Change Coordination: Coordinate the assessment of proposed changes with technical leads, consolidating impacts to schedule, cost, procurement, resources, construction, integration, and commissioning to support scope, funding, and priority decisions.
  • Commissioning and Testing Coordination: Develop and maintain an integrated technical commissioning-readiness plan, coordinating infrastructure prerequisites, schedules, dependencies, testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and readiness evidence across technical teams, vendors, systems integrators, and commissioning teams.
  • Technical Cutover and Production Turnover: Coordinate the development and execution of the integrated technical cutover and production-turnover plan, ensuring dependencies, deficiencies, readiness requirements, and operational-support needs are managed throughout the transition.
