Go-Live Activation Lead

Job Description

On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Go-Live Activation Lead. Primary responsibility to provide dedicated, site-level coordination at each of the 12 Bridge Northwest sites before, during, and after Expanse go-live. Each lead will connect local teams with the central program, support operational readiness, coordinate issue escalation, and help maintain safe, stable site operations during activation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a site-specific readiness and activation plan in alignment with the overall program plan.
• Coordinate local readiness activities, including cut over, staffing, schedules, communications, training-completion follow-up, workflow preparation, and go-live logistics.
• Build working relationships with site leaders, clinical and administrative teams, super users, educators, and technical support staff.
• Ensure local teams understand their go-live roles, support arrangements, communication channels, and escalation pathways.
• Coordinate site activation activities and serve as the primary link between the site and the central program.
• Work collaboratively with the Bridge Northwest Project Team, Informatics Team, Meditech and other implementation partners.
  
  

Required Experience

• Direct experience with Meditech Expanse, ideally involving a new implementation.
• Previous experience coordinating healthcare go-lives, clinical system implementations, or comparable operational transitions.
