Develop use cases, user stories, requirements traceability matrices and system specifications.
Map current-state and future-state business processes and conduct fit-gap and impact assessments.
Work with vendors, implementation partners, business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements, scope and deliverables.
Support project planning, risk and issue tracking, status reporting and PMO governance.
Develop test strategies, test cases and scripts, and coordinate or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support change management, communications, training materials and operational handover documentation.
Maintain accurate, version-controlled project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
