Our team combines procedural based pain management, medication management, physiotherapy, and

psychological care to address the full scope of chronic pain. As our Scarborough practice continues to

grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our clinical team and contribute

meaningfully to patient care and the ongoing development of the clinic.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Physician Assistant will work in close collaboration with our interventional pain physicians and

broader interdisciplinary team. The role spans clinical, procedural, and administrative responsibilities,

offering a rare combination of variety, autonomy, and exposure to advanced interventional pain

medicine. The successful candidate will play an integral part in supporting both clinical operations and

the strategic growth of the clinic.

Clinic Based Interventions

  • Assist with and, where appropriate, perform image guided interventional procedures under

physician supervision.

  • Support procedural workflow including pre procedure assessment, informed consent, intra

procedure assistance, and post procedure monitoring and follow up.

  • Contribute to multimodal pain management planning, including pharmacologic, interventional,

and adjunctive strategies.

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, consult letters, and procedural notes. •

Support quality improvement, workflow optimization, and clinic growth initiatives.

  • Coordinate with referring physicians, allied health providers, and academic partners to facilitate

interdisciplinary care.

  • Participate in academic activities, teaching, and ongoing professional development as

opportunities arise.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (CMA accredited or equivalent).
  • Eligible for or holds certification with the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants (CAPA /

  • Strong clinical reasoning, procedural aptitude, and comfort working in a fast paced, procedure

driven environment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to evidence based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Full time permanent position with a competitive salary commensurate with experience. •

Supportive, collegial work environment with direct physician mentorship.
