Documentation addressing data handling, validation, security and audit trails.
Knowledge-transfer materials and structured handoffs at major project milestones.

Qualifications:

MSc with 3 years of experience or BEng with 5 years of experience in software development, automation, data engineering, or database development.
Strong skills in SQL, database design, and Python.
Hands-on coding ability.
Experience building and deploying modern web applications.
Familiarity with cloud environments .
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering practical solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Demonstrated experience using Version Controlled Systems (such as GitHub).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with React, Flask, Dash, Shiny, or similar frameworks.
Experience integrating laboratory instruments, LIS/LIMS, or healthcare data systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, and regulated environments.
