Reporting to the Director of Specialized Markets, the Client Data Analyst will be mainly responsible of providing support to the Specialized Markets team regarding different tasks and projects.

Reporting to the Director of Specialized Markets, the Client Data Analyst will be mainly responsible of providing support to the Specialized Markets team regarding different tasks and projects.
The Incumbent Is Expected To
- Provide support to the team regarding hour bank files, client data files and eligibility as needed ;
- Collaborate with consulting team & providers for renewals ;
- Perform accounting tasks as required ;
- Develop and implementing data analyses, data collection processes to optimize efficiency and quality ;
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining spreadsheets ;
- Gathering data from various sources, and cleansing and preparing data for analysis ;
- Data Cleaning and Preparation - Filtering the data, handling missing values, and preparing the dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance ;
- Bringing technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then processing, designing, and presenting it in ways to help peers ;
- Performing Quality Assurance on integrity of data transfers between systems / carriers ;
- Create custom reports / automate reports ;
- Recommend, and implement best practices in data processing to enhance the efficiency and reliability of analytics ;
- Perform any other related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis;
- Experience in group insurance, an asset.
- High School diploma
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Ability to work independently, thoroughness, discipline;
- Ability to learn and adapt to changes;
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Support the Specialized Markets team with hour bank files, client data, eligibility, renewals, and accounting tasks. Collect, clean, analyze, and validate data; maintain spreadsheets; create or automate reports; and improve data processing practices.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of relevant data analysis experience and a high school diploma; group insurance experience is an asset. Candidates should have strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
