Manage relationships with assigned accounts while generating new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
Promote AGAT Laboratories’ customer-centric approach to build long-lasting partnerships.
Develop and implement annual territory and business plans to achieve budgeted sales objectives.
Utilize insights and analytics to prepare business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
Represent AGAT Laboratories at industry workshops, tradeshows, and professional associations.
Stay informed on market trends, technological advancements, and competitive activities.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
Leverage insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Perform administrative tasks, such as reporting, documentation, and account updates, as required.

What you bring to the table:

Proven customer service experience with a team-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Hubspot.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Us?

At AGAT Laboratories, we recognize and value our employees by offering a competitive benefits package, including:
