AGAT Laboratories is currently seeking an entry-level Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role will provide administrative and process support across a variety of HR functions, helping ensure a positive and consistent employee experience across the provinces in which AGAT operates.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin their career in Human Resources, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a dynamic organization. We look forward to welcoming you to the AGAT team!

What you will be doing:

Administer employee Benefits and RRSP plans, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
Prepare and maintain employment documentation, including offers, contracts, amendments, employment letters, and employee files.
Support HR operations across all provinces, including compliance, HRIS audits, employee communications, and coordination with Payroll and management.
Coordinate employee programs and events, including recognition milestones, life events, new-hire surveys, and exit interviews.
Provide administrative support across recruitment, training, policies, analytics, and other HR initiatives.
Deliver timely and accurate HR support in accordance with AGAT’s core values.

What you bring to the table:

Fluent bilingualism is a strong asset but not required; excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French preferred.
Previous experience working as an administrative profession with a strong commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel skills required, experience in ADP Work Force Now considered an asset.
Comfortable multi-tasking and an ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Be able to work in both individually and in a collaborative environment.
Customer service, recruitment experience or previous administrative experience is an asset.
