Familiarity with API management, cloud computing, DevOps practices, and data analysis is essential. The candidate should demonstrate a learning agility mindset, creative thinking, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. Deep technical proficiency and a strategic mindset are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to understand and align platform vision with organizational goals.
Document business rules, technical specifications, and process workflows for assigned applications and systems.
Analyze platform data to identify opportunities for optimization and implement improvements.
Prioritize work effectively across multiple components, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and strategic positioning to deliver industry-leading products.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements, support standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage technical platform components such as APIs, focusing on security, resilience, and performance.
Provide specialized consulting and technical support to internal teams and stakeholders.
Exercise sound judgment to diagnose and resolve complex problems within established guidelines.
Work independently on non-routine tasks, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
Apply risk management principles to protect organizational assets and ensure secure platform operations.
Collaborate across teams to develop strategic roadmaps, implement solutions, and support platform innovation.
