About The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will build and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Java. You will participate throughout the development lifecycle, from implementing user-facing features and designing APIs to supporting microservices, deployments, and production operations. The position also involves managing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating on cloud-based deployments, and helping the team maintain consistent engineering standards.

You will work closely with other team members in an Agile setting, contributing to planning, development, review, and continuous improvement. Your experience and judgment will help guide code and design reviews, identify opportunities to improve processes, and address technical challenges. This role is suited to a developer who can take ownership of assigned work, communicate effectively, and balance feature development with the reliability and quality of the overall solution.

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least five years of full-stack development experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Strong working knowledge of React.js and the Material-UI framework is required, along with practical experience developing back-end applications with Node.js and Java. Candidates should be comfortable working across application layers and collaborating with others to implement and support software features.

Experience with cloud platforms and containerization is required. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API development, microservices, deployment workflows, and production support is important for success in this position. We are looking for someone who applies sound development practices, communicates clearly, responds constructively to feedback, and is interested in improving both software and team processes.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Implement responsive user experiences with React.js and Material-UI, and build supporting application functionality with Node.js and Java. Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices that support application requirements and enable dependable communication between services.

Manage and support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to cloud deployments using containerization technologies. Investigate production issues, help determine their causes, and work with the team to implement effective resolutions. Participate in Agile team activities and coordinate with colleagues to deliver work in line with project goals.

Lead and facilitate code and design reviews, offering practical feedback and helping promote readable, maintainable, and reliable implementations. Identify opportunities to optimize development workflows, strengthen engineering practices, and improve team processes. Take responsibility for the quality of your contributions and share knowledge that helps the team achieve its objectives.
