About The Role
The Data Scientist - Level 5 at McKesson is a strategic leadership role dedicated to advancing the company’s data science capabilities. Qualifications

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of advanced predictive analytics and machine learning models to solve complex business and IT challenges.
Oversee the integration, preparation, and management of large datasets, architect specialized databases, and manage computing environments optimized for data science projects.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practice standards to data science team members, fostering continuous learning and development.
Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical reports to communicate insights effectively to leadership, IT, and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering and service management teams to ensure data science solutions are aligned with business needs and executed efficiently.
Communicate model predictions and insights clearly, recommending strategic changes to improve processes, procedures, and overall business strategies.
