Follow rigorous project management methodologies to monitor progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal departments such as technical services, purchasing, operations, and external clients to clarify needs, expectations, and project objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop standard operating procedures and product specifications, defining monitoring frequencies in partnership with quality assurance and factory teams.
Coordinate the creation of product samples in laboratory kitchens and manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up at the local factory level, assisting other R&D project managers as needed to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes and operational efficiency.

Benefits
