Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with data acquisition systems, sensors, actuators, mechanical assembly, and disassembly, as well as proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, experience with electro-mechanical testing tools, and familiarity with root cause analysis and corrective action development are highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to evaluate product performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Prepare NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and 8D reports for failure analysis documentation.
  • Communicate technical updates and findings to customers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Design and develop test fixtures and software solutions to streamline testing processes.
