About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support project teams through the design, analysis, and implementation of engineering solutions. Your responsibilities will include assisting senior engineers, preparing technical documentation, conducting research, and ensuring project compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline from an accredited institution. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning. Professional certification or registration with engineering boards is a plus but not mandatory at the entry level.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for various projects.
Conduct site visits and gather data to support project planning and execution.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client use.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and updates.
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Support project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance project quality.
