Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Account Manager in the Staffing Industry in a hybrid work environment in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Agilus is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, drive business growth, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team.

A Typical Day

Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into active clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive service delivery.
Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to fulfill job orders, ensuring timely and accurate candidate placements.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and client needs in the Alberta region.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS/CRM systems to support payroll, invoicing, and reporting.
Promote safe work environments and ensure candidates receive clear communication and support throughout the hiring process.
Develop and manage talent pipelines for high-volume hiring in sectors such as light industrial, logistics, and hospitality.
Partner with internal teams to meet client expectations and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Successful Candidates Will Have

Minimum 2 years outside sales experience, ideally in the staffing or industrial market.
Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs and executing outreach strategies.
Resilient, organized, and driven to exceed client expectations and business goals.
Proven experience in account management, client service, or business development within the staffing or service sector.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and resolve issues proactively.
Experience supporting high-volume recruitment in sectors such as light industrial, logistics, or hospitality.
Ability to analyze client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Proficiency in ATS or CRM platforms for tracking client and candidate activity.
